    That is totally fine! You can cancel at anytime for any reason. There is No Additional Fee! Or, maybe you want a Full Service plan? You can upgrade to Full Service and get your package fee back at closing.

    No! No additional fees or commissions are paid if you find your own buyer and it leads to a successful closing. You can cancel your Flat Fee Listing anytime.

    On an hourly basis real estate agents look on the MLS for new listings as they have qualified buyers ready to purchase a home. The majority of all buyers are represented by a real estate agent because it’s completely free to them. And a real estate agents will always start their search on the MLS. An MLS listing means more offers on your property. The truth is you can now place a property on the MLS ‘By Owner’ and not owe a sellers’ agent 3% of your sale price.   • How Many Photos Will I Get?
    For the Basic Package you can provide up to 10 photos. For the Premium Package you can provide up to 25 photos and for the Premium Plus Package we have a professional photographer that provides 25 photos. OR you can choose to add our Professional Photographer as an add on to your package (note: this is included in our Premium Plus package) and you will get 25 professional photos.
  • Can I Get More Help From The Broker?
    Yes! If there is something you need, just ask. Some additional services may have an additional charge depending on your package, but please reach out. We want you to be successful.
  • Do I Have To Pay A Buyer's Agent Commission?
